The "three packages of validity" shall be calculated from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer and shall be one year.
Free replacement parts service: The seller provides free parts, and the buyer repairs or replaces them by itself.
Partial refund without return: Only half of the corresponding product value of the defective product is returned without refunding the freight.
Full refund and return: Returns and full refunds of all faulty products, where the buyer shall bear the full freight of the return.
Within the 7-day validity period, if the product cannot be used normally due to lack of parts or product performance failure, the buyer can choose free replacement parts service (freight borne by the seller); partial refund without return; or full refunds and returns.
In the 8-30 days validity period, due to performance failure that prevents normal use, the buyer can choose free replacement parts service (freight borne by the buyer) or partial refunds without returns.
Valid for 31-360 days. For products that cannot be used normally due to performance failure, the buyer can only choose free replacement parts service (freight borne by the buyer).
Valid for 1-5 years. For products that fail and cannot be used normally, the buyer can only choose parts replacement service where accessories need to be paid for purchase, and the freight is borne by the buyer.

The normal MOQ is one carton. Most of our key accounts order Full Container Loads (FCL) for every batch.
Almost all of our standard products are currently in stock. However, certain styles may require customization. The production time typically ranges from 15 to 35 days, depending on the specific order details and our real-time production schedule.
We can ship the goods to you via multiple methods depending on your needs: by express, by sea, by train, or by air.
Within the first 7 days, if the product fails or is missing parts, you can choose free replacement parts (freight covered by us), a partial refund without returning the item, or a full refund upon returning the product.
For performance failures occurring between 31 and 360 days, we provide replacement parts for free, but the shipping freight is to be borne by the buyer.
