How to Order?

1) Production information: Quantity, Specification (size, material, color, logo and packing requirement), Artwork or Sample will be the best for us to develop for you.

2) Lead time required: Information regarding delivery deadlines.

3) Shipping information: Destination seaport/airport, nominated forwarder contacts.

4) Payment Terms: T/T, L/C, Westunion, Paypal etc. Normally 30% deposit in advance, 70% paid before shipment.

Most of our machines are available in stock with CE and RoHS certificate as well as IEC, EMC and LVD test reports.

Q: What are the main products manufactured?

A: The main product range includes bubble waffle makers, waffle makers, mini pancake makers, crepe makers, taiyaki makers, obanyaki makers, takiwado makers, BBQ grills, electric fryers, warming showcases, and sauce bottle warmers.

Q: Can logos or company names be put on the products or packaging?

A: Yes. Logos or company names can be placed on products by stamping, printing, embossing, die casting, coating, or stickers. For packaging, logos can be printed, tagged, labeled, or stickered.

Q: How long does it take to get a sample and how to request it?

A: 1) Samples are made based on requests. Artwork in PDF format must be provided. Clients cover the transportation freight and sample costs, which are refunded once a bulk order is placed.
2) Sample lead time is about 15 days.
3) Payments for samples are accepted via Western Union, Paypal, or T/T.

Q: What is the process for doing business?

A: Details of the needed products are submitted for quotation. If acceptable, a PP sample is created for approval. Once approved, a Proforma Invoice is issued for order confirmation, followed by the deposit. Photos of all goods, packing, and loading details are shared during production. The B/L copy is sent after shipping, and original documents are provided upon balance payment.

Q: What is the warranty policy?

A: Users of the kitchen equipment series enjoy a 6-month warranty. If the machine breaks under warranty, replacement spare parts (such as heating elements and thermostats) are sent. The buyer only pays the shipping cost. Installation videos are available on request.

Q: What after-sales service support is provided?

A: Active online support is provided for operational issues. For out-of-warranty machines, parts are still supplied at cost price, plus shipping costs, ensuring long-term product serviceability.
